1. Drop down the File menu and select the Export menu item.

2. Check the boxes for Vendor List and Other Names List , then hit the OK button.

3. Name the file something like VendOthList.iif and hit the Save button.

Note where you save the file. Saving it to the QuickBooks folder is the easiest, since QuickBooks defaults to this location when saving export files. QxPlugins will look there first, but will remember any folder in which you choose to save your export files.
