Exporting the Payroll Transaction Detail report from QuickBooks®

specific columns as noted in the instructions.
Note:
Exceptionally large report exports can fail during the export
process in QuickBooks (or QuickPayroll). Sometimes QB will display
an error, but sometimes no error notice will be displayed and the
exported file will be truncated.
Qxtender Plugins attempt to detect this error and notify you.
However, if the amounts reported by the Plugin do not match summary
reports produced by QB, this could be the cause.
If this error occurs, you can break the export up into several
(quarterly, monthly, etc.) smaller reports. The plugin will allow
you to multiple select these files in the file-open dialog box (just
hold down the CTRL key while clicking on each of the files). The
files will be combined and processed as one.
Be sure the date ranges set when exporting do not overlap or
leave gaps, or amounts calculated will be incorrect.
