Plugins updated for QB 2003 Export Mode support

All State & Federal payroll plugins have been updated to include Export Mode support for QB 2003.

Please review new instructions for producing the Payroll Transaction Detail report. These can be found in the readme file included with each plugin (accessible from the Help menu in Qxtender), and on the Qtools website (follow the links in the instructions for using the plugin).

Direct Mode support for QB 2003 is still pending. We still hope to have it available before the end of January.
