Qslip 1.40 released

A new version of Qslip has been released which adds several new features and includes some minor bug fixes. Also, QB2004 deposit export is supported.

• Generic CSV and TAB import formats added.
• Add additional command line capabilities to set Slip Format, automatically print, etc.
• Deposit Report font size for header and items can be set independently.
• Bugfix: Currency, Coin and Cash Back edit controls gave floating point error on entry if displaying a thousands separator.
