CA EDD DE-9/9C Plugin released

The replacement for the CA DE-6 and DE-7 Plugins for Qxtender is now available. The new DE-9/9C Plugin incorporates newly revised tax forms for 2011 and is required for 1st Quarter 2011 and later reports (due in April).
