Version 3.01 added an option to remove the "FILE COPY ONLY" watermark from the printed form when more than 9 employees are reported.
Version 3.0 added a utility to create an ICESA format file suitable for electronic filing. The TWC has changed the electronic filing threshold from 250 employees down to 10. Beginning with 2nd Quarter 2007 reports due in July, the limit for paper filing will be 9 employees, all others must file either electronically or on magnetic media. (See the TWC TaxTips website.)

Prior Version Info:
Version 2.00 C-3 and C-4 forms have been revised for 2006 and later filing periods. Do not use earlier versions.
Please update to the latest version using Qxtender's Online Update utility.
